Well as far as my experience is concerned i did SEO in every stage of my website creation, from domain name to writing an article, but after two years i found it wrong, i will suggest make your article according to customer (what customer is searching for?) make articles knowing that what customer needs once your article is finished then apply SEO techniques on it and hope you will get better results

Huh? Wouldn't you want to do that BEFORE ? Like, um, isn't that SEO?

Start slow? For what? Isn't what you are describing, um, SEO?!

I guess you are saying, decide on title....wait a day. Decide on h1....wait a day....optimize all pages....well perhaps one a day for a month...then do keywords...wait until Summer's over on that BIGGIE....

That reply is just beyond belief. Well, not really given what we have here...

SEO. Don't create a site without it.

I would say you need to start slow on a new site. Get all of your on-site optimization done (optimize your title's, add meta descriptions and keywords, make sure you have multiple pages done and optimized)..then start building some links. Maybe look into creating a small PBN, or buying some Web 2.0 links on Fiverr or something.. Just something small to get it going. After a week or two, add a few more. Do that gradually to all of your pages over time, and make sure the links you get are using your desired keyphrases as the anchor text. If possible, try to focus on building fewer high quality links rather than lots of low quality links.

Just before we go any further...

If you are a newbie, who owns those sites in your sig and the one in your profile?

It should start with domain registration and hosting. Domain name should be seo-friendly and site should be hosted on a reliable web server with min. downtime.
If you have already created website and hosted it, just start it right away with thorough keyword research.
