HELP! Problem After Google Punishment Removal

Hello Warriors,
I'm new here and i'm sorry if this is not the right place for the post, but my problem related to seo.
I have a website and Google made punishment for it because of Low Quality Content which not add any new value to the users. Anyway i tried to make many editing on posts and i send them to review my website again about 5 times but they refuses every time. I send a message to John Mueller and he said to delete all posts and let one per model because my website about Samsung Official Firmware Updates. I did what he said and the punishment was removed about 5 days ago.
My Problem is, when i'm publishing any new post, i grab the link manually from Google Console or Google Web Master to index it manually, because i'm always do that and my search results was good 1st or 2nd or 3rd, When i did that manually it's done but i can't find the posts in Google Search when i'm searching with my keyword. I tried also to search with the post link but i have a message " No search results for (Post Link)".
Hope your friends to help me because this is the only web site make me earn money to live.
