Changing Blog Post Titles? Yes or No

Hi, I have a question about blogs. I have been doing them for a while, but never know if I am doing it right or not for seo purposes.

If I make a post with the keyword being "dog grooming" but the title of my page is "dog grooming for the golden retriever, the blog will make the url for the page mysite.com/dog-grooming-for-the-golden-retriever

Should I leave it that way, or change it to mysite.com/dog-grooming

    IMHO i think u should keep it as it will bring u long tail traffic organically compare with just "dog grooming".

    I will prefer the second option , as it is more relevant and also easily indexed by google search engine.
