Before you do any SEO, you will want to get some better content, as it very poorly written, and bordering on spam.

You do realize that insurance is a hugley competitive market and you will not be ranking anytime soon for your main keywords don't you?

first you need to find keywords according to the theme of the website. search keywords what people are searching.
do basic on page seo optimization methods. later on do off page methods to improve the ranking of your website.

Initially you need to optimize your website. Do keyword research and find out some closely related keywords for your website. After that do competitor analysis, that is their content, meta titles, keywords, description etc.

After finalizing the content create unique content for website which contain your keywords in it. optimize your URL, create meta title, description. Don't forget to add schema to your site.

Content is the most important thing for SEO. There is no point in doing any other SEO until your content is much better.

If you want to optimization on-page seo, follow my advice...
1. keyword in title tag, H1, H2, the first 100 words, alt of image
2. In your post, you must add minimum 2 internal links and 1 outbound link.
3. Speed of your page
4. long and attractive content

- meta tags
- indexing links in Search engines webmaster tools
- Image alt text
- remove deadlinks
- remove hidden links or hidden content

I found that the social media icon is not connected properly also the website logo has home page link where as in Menu home has different link do check your linking also the categories needs to be more proper rather than look messy.

It makes more sense to begin with on-page SEO and get it right rather than trying to convince search engines to give you a better ranking with off page SEO. Search engines are computer programs and they understand a particular terminology. With SEO and particularly on page SEO you speak their language and your goal is to help them comprehend what your website is about. In other words the more alerts, you can give them, the more are your chances of achieving better rankings.

Initially do some keyword research. Analyze your competitors. Make a list of your competitors and list out their positive points and negative points too. Make something even better content for your site. hire a content writer as a freelancer for this. keeping in your mind write content that covers negative points of your competitors and even better than their positive points.

The next task is to finalize your keywords. Always use those keywords that having low or medium competition and medium search volume.

Optimize your website content. use those finalize keywords in content. the keywords stuffing must be 2 to 3 percent. make sure not more than this.

Write title tag for each page of your website and a meta description too. optimize images of your website. use alt tag to name the images used in website.

You can use rich snippet as well for better ranking.

Including relevant keywords throughout your content is very important, as it helps search engines work out what your content is about. However, try not to excessively repeat and overuse keywords just for search engine robots. This can lead to your site being banned from search engines.
To avoid this, try to keep your keyword density to roughly 2-5%. If you find this hard, get out a thesaurus and broaden your writing vocabulary. This way, you are still writing about the same thing, without risk of being banned.
