My website ranks for the domain name keyword only

Hello everyone,
I'm new to SEO, so, I don't know much on how to rank keywords.

My website ranks 1st only for the keyword that is similar to the domain name which is: Bestoffernet
In fact, as I can see, nobody is going to type that keyword into google.

I would like to rank for the following: shopping deals, discounts, promotions, freebies, etc.
But none of these keywords bring my website to google search. Even on the 20th page, there's nothing.

What's wrong? how can I start ranking for those keywords?

Here's my website: Bestoffernet - Shopping deals, Discounts, Coupons and Freebies

I appreciate your help, thank you.

Those keywords are too vague and too competitive. You need to find more specific and less competitive keywords to target.

      Thanks,

Let's say, I've found less competitive keywords,
      How can I rank them?
Should I put them in every title?

I'm not asking for all SEO in one post
      I'm just asking for keywords.
should they be in the homepage only?
or should I repeat them in posts aswell?

There's no need to buy anything, all the info you need is available here and elsewhere on the net.

First download and read these from the horses mouth:

    http://www.google.com/webmasters/doc...rter-guide.pdf

    http://static.googleusercontent.com/...guidelines.pdf

You may also find the Moz guide helpful at first.

    https://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo

    ______________

The two things that count the most for ranking:

Good quality backlinks to your site (swept under the rug by a bit by Google)
Relevance of your content (to a search query)

Also be sure to read up well on how to structure your site (silos or content themeing)

However, you must learn how to research keywords properly, targeting general terms like you have described are far too difficult to rank for beginners, research more about 'longtail' keywords and how to scope out the competition in the SERP's for keywords.

be aware there are many different ways of finding and using them, each method has its different merits, and different techniques may be required for certain types of sites and/or content.

I just had a quick shufty at your site.

What I would be doing first is targeting the product names and models e.g.ASUS X555DA-US11 and within the description add various modifiers to the names and use them as links within the text

e.g. Save $105 on the ASUS X555, doing it that way may get you some direct search traffic from folks looking for specific deals on specific products.

You may be able to rank quite quickly for certain items that don't have much competition in the SERP's

That's exactly what I'm trying to do.
and yes, you're right, it's better to simplify the title, so
instead of ASUS X555DA-US11, ASUS X555 would be better.
      Thanks.

Simply get less competitive keywords. Use your main keyword in Title(H1). Place your other keywords respectively.
Use some LSI keywords in you content(within first 100 words).
Write quality content with images, charts, info graphics.

After done with this. Start Off-Page activities.

Probably do some research into SEO. If it was that easy then everyone would be number #1 but they aren't - because that is impossible. Properly optimize your site and get some quality backlinks then ask the question again, but more specifically

You'd be better off going for keywords like
wrist watch shopping deals, silver necklace shopping deals, laptop discounts and such: that's what your prospects are using.

Think like your future customer. What would your future customer type in the search bar?

Then take those keywords, stick them in Google's keyword planner (and such) and come up with more related keywords.

Then analyze them from a competitiveness point of view, create a page for a few of the best, do onpage optimization and get backlinks to those pages.

I know most of these things about SEO,
the only thing I find difficult is finding the right keywords.
People, according to previous posts from users here,
are using common sense with the help of some tools in order to choose
      the right keywords.
      I will look for that.
