Sitemap Not Fully Indexed

Hi guys,

I made a sitemap for my website, BrewConductor | Dedicated to teaching users everything they need to know to brew great beer and submitted it in my google webmaster tools, however it hasn't been fully indexed, I used a sitemap generator, and it can be seen here:
http://brewconductor.com/sitemap.xml

Is this normal or is there something I should change? Would really appreciate any help

    How many pages does your site have?

    Big G has indexed 31 of them. (the whole contents of your XML)

    Why don't you submit it to Fetch As Google?

    I could do it manually like that, but I've had a few websites before and I've never had to do that, does my sitemap look okay? Or is this just the way Google does things?
