Weird drop in my rankings, Penalty or Dancing?

Can anyone tell me if this is a penalty or if its dancing.. When I saw the drop I decided to wait a week to make it settle, but it's still not back. I have now made some blog comments, profiles to try and diversity my link profile.



I believe the reason for this is because I went a bit out of schedule with my link building, I haven't been very aggresive, but before the drop I made 3-4 links per day for some days.

    Believe it's a dance. Same case with my sites (new ones under 2 months) some of my old sites had a small jiff but gaining momentum back. Wait for some more time and in the mean while keep your pace.

      I actually just optimized some on-page SEO, and now Serpbook and Google search tells me its at #9, weird.
