So this is my take. If you have little money to spend but you need SEO. You can resort to content marketing if you have time. Learn the basics of content marketing and dive into it. In my view you get to kill two birds with the same stone if you do content marketing right. 1. by delivering excellent content, your first time visitors will be tempted to come back for more or you can even convert them to customers from the first time. 2. You can also use content marketing through social media to create awareness for your brand, to increase engagement and a lot more benefits. i believe in SEO but in 2016 i believe more in content marketing. If you are not doing it yet, try it.

Black hat SEO techniques, while unethical, are not illegal, but the consequences for you are dire. With SEO I believe wholly and solely that you get what you pay for so with a cost of as little as $5 a month, I can't see how this can be anything other than black hat.

I've tried fiverr for SEO before, that is getting social bookmark links and to be honest, I don't like those. There is no effect at all. After that, I will never use fiverr for SEO services anymore. Fiverr is good if you are looking for low cost design, such as cover design, but for traffic, no thanks.

If you want to hurt your rankings and your website, then Go For It. If you want results then review the prices, and follow what all the guys here in the forum told you!

Budget is too low. You should increase your budget for good results. If you can afford it, spend on High authority backlinks.
