I have deleted each and every page from the old domain

And also disconnected hosting from the old domain

It still won't de index on google.

I am waiting for it to de index so I can paste the content on the new domain .

I really do not want to wait a year to paste this onto my new domain

Is it safe to paste the content over new domain now. It has been a week since i have deleted pages and few days since I disconnected the hosting

interesting problem, they are so slow these days. Did you ever sign up for G webmaster tools ? You can delete your old domain there.

Did you do any redirects? obviously not, because of the penalty...but there are ways around that. Cannot tell you in public, only private. But might be too late for that, because your old hosting is already gone? damn.

The whole thing is a bit time intensive, actually if you now upload to your new site, and send social + press release links immediately this will tell G that this is the one they should rank, not the other one. But who knows what they will do this year.

    Azel,

Have you checked Google webmaster tools to see what they suggest?

What's happening is Googlebot rarely visited your old pages so it will take some time before their bot figures out all the old pages no longer exist.

What you should have done is noindex each of the webpages on your old domain, then built an an xml sitemap and submitted to Google Webmaster Tools Fetch as Google, which would have told Google all the pages need to be deindexed.

It may not be a good idea to post that old content on a new domain at all. Kind of depends on what you were penalized for. If it was for spamming, I'm sure their algorithms will quickly realize it is the same site and the penalty can follow you, even if their are no links or redirects between the two sites.

I doubt there's a penalty If pages are still indexed.

I have had good luck moving old content to a new domain, but usually when I add some new content as well.

Just moving the exact copy of the old site, sometimes has failed very bad

How can the shtuff be penalized, but indexed?

The only real penalty google gives a de-index.

Putting your site in SERPS where is rightly belongs, is not a penalty.

Google could care less whether you do or do not do.

Google itself has become the greatest duplicate content "site" in history.

If google did what people think they did with duplicate content, then on billions of searches, you would get one (yes ONE) result.

i guess what he means is a "minus 500 spots" penalty, what they do to hopeful prospects for their adwords program. Our site also got profiled for that, and we
have been found worthy to spend our money with them. Aren't they great guys?

Nonsense, If the domain has indexed pages it's still possible to rank pages.

Make up a fake keyword and you'll rank pages on organic SERPs. Therefore competition (probably lost/devalued backlink profile).

Once you prove pages can be ranked then work backwards from there, rank for a legit weak competition keyword, rank a medium competition keyword, and so on...

          YES THATS POSSIBLE

and a total waste of time as well if you know the only 2-3 keyword phrases
that sell a service. Like his or mine. You can come up with any possible variation
and they sell diddly squat in total. I know my customers, they are so predictable, its almost scary.

domains are very cheap in relationship to the possible yet realistic income

its peanuts vs 1000's a month. use a calculator and check for yourself.

yes sometimes a website can be locked to where It can not go past page 4.

I am reading some places that It can take 90 days.

My only question is that now since the older domain is deleted
Even though It shows in index It will not take you anywhere if you click on it.
So It seems like just the meta tag and meta description is sitting
as if it were a photo of the past
I have read at multiple sources that It takes 90 days
My only question is that could I perhaps start ranking the pages now on the new domain ?
Will this old indexing effect that ?

      Nonsense.

Do like I said, make up a fake keyword with no competition, the test page will rank. Work backwards to the real keywords.
