How to make sure my backlinks are getting indexed by google?

It is known that each and every backlink does not get indexed by google.What am I supposed to do to make sure that my backlinks are getting indexed. Some says that google will take it's own time. But is there anything that I can do to speed up the process? There are few tools but again I am getting mixed reviews about them.

    Whether or not your website is indexed has nothing to do with the backlinks that point to your website from other websites. If you want the OTHER websites' links to your website to be picked up by Google faster, just link to that other website's page from a Google+ post.

    Of course, it should be noted that if you are having to intentionally force Google to crawl a page of another website to index the page, it's probably a pretty worthless backlink.

    Finally, where does the statement "It is known that each and every backlink does not get indexed by google[sic]" come from? I know that Google does not SHOW each and every backlink they know about in Search Console. It doesn't mean they aren't indexing them, though. That said, it is entirely possible that Google doesn't index a page that happens to have a link on it. If that is the case, pointing the page out in Google+ (or anywhere) isn't going to help because the page has already been deemed unworthy of indexing.

      Okay I might have gone overboard with that statement. My only concern is that I don't want my backlinks go unnoticed by google, backlinks which I am really trying hard to earn. Again thanks for honest opinion.

    You can search the exact link on Google if it is indexed google will show you that link on search result otherwise not.

    You can build Tier2 Backlinks to the backlinks that you want indexed. This will speed things up. Or, you can use a tool like Lindexed, which is quite good.

    As others have said you could try building a second tier or use a link indexer.

    Strong links you build will almost always get indexed without you having to do anything - the time it takes varies.
