Keywords Avg. Position Wrong

Dear Members,

Hope you guys are doing well.
I've analyzed that the Average keywords positions showing in Search Console is wrong. As one the keyword of my client's eCommerce store is ranking on 6th position from last 2 months and today it is on 4th position in Google search result page -1

But while analyzing data of past 7 days in Search Console, its shows the Avg. Kdw Position is 15. How this is calculated I don't know but in these past 7 days, my client used to check that kwds daily and hourly and verified its rank which was constant on 6th Position.

So guys what is the issue going on? Is this right or some update issue?

    Isn't the data global? Meaning searches from different countries will return different results hence the reason you are seeing different results.

      Yeah you are right, but that should be same for other keywords also right?
      But its not? other keywords avg. position are as per the standard.
      This is happening only a single set of keywords.
