I'm trying to get into outsourcing parts of my business so i can focus on creating products, find profitable keywords etc.

My problem is when i outsource how do I know the other person is working and how many back links can they build an hour? Also how will i know they are actually building the back links? Is there some kind of checklist or something when your outsource a job?

I'm pretty confused about it, any tips or advice in general would be great

Thank you

Depends who is doing your link building.

Some people charge per hour, some per link, some sell a set amount of links for a set price. Some people don't build quality links, or links that will stick around for the long term, while others will actually show you the links they've built for you. It really depends on who you hire to do your link building.

I can get you hooked up with permanent, High Page Rank links for only $1.50 per link if you're interested.

Most of the seo/link building service providers do submit reports of the tasks completed. For example if you have ordered a directory submission package, the submission service provider will send you a report with a list of directories where your site has been submitted and confirmation emails.

Make sure that the directory submitter is not using an automated submission software, or unethical methods for link building.
Some services like directorymaximizer provide you with a list of directories and allow you to choose the directories where you want your site to be submitted.

Do bear in mind that submitting to say 2000 directories does not ensure guaranteed listing in all of them. There are service providers like inetzeal who do offer guaranteed listing packages.

    Hope it helps,

If you outsource through Odesk they provide a work diary (actual screenshots) that you can use to measure the amount of work that your particular team member is doing. Odesk measures their work by keystrokes and mouse clicks. If your team member does not have 5 green tick marks on the measure they are not guaranteed payment, and you can dispute the logged time. Hope that helps...

      Hi,

Thanks for this, as In terms of Internet marketing it is beneficial for both the parties as this will definitely provide you some profit that is good for the person who is outsourcing the something to other party.

      Thanks!!

Exactly. Plus you should put alternative keywords and deep links.

Also, include restrictions re page rank for link sources. Obviously, all pages that the anchor text links are posted on must be DO FOLLOW.

I'm looking to start "Insourcing" my link building just for the reasons brought up here.

Link Building is the single most important factor in your websites success and it needs to be consistent. For me I've got a very complex link building system going...and I want to expand it even further.

In the end I can see that I really need two full-time employees to really accomplish what I want done.

Employee #1 - Blog Farm Manager

The blog farm manager does everything to manage and grow my blog farm. With all the extras I load on to the creation and promotion of a single post, it takes about 3 hours of work to complete one cycle. That means one person can only do about 2 posts per day!

            Employee #2 - Power Linking & Bookmarking

Everything needs to be bookmarked and pinged. Everything. So all the stuff that Employee #1 does and all that this guy does both is his responsibility.

He is also responsible for putting up "Power Links" from Angela's & Pauls backlinks and others and bookmark them as well.

Looking at these tasks, I just don't see how I could get those tasks over to a virtual assistant and get it off the ground right. I'm just not much of a VA guy I guess.

Maybe I should reconsider though and seek out a good company.

The problem is if you expect backlinks to be created PER HOUR. Outsourcing based on hours may not be the most efficient way to get quality backlinks.

We do backlinks based on PACKAGES. We guarantee the links we deliver to you or we will replace them. No questions asked. Also, we send you a REPORT so you can verify the following:

    The links are live
    The links are DO FOLLOW
The links are on sites with Page Rank on the main page

Beware of providers that promise to publish your links on pages that already have page rank. Sure, these exist but you'll be sharing the same real estate with many other sites and oftentimes, a few of them will be PHARMA (viagra anyone?!) sites. Put your link on enough of these pages and you might be looking at the business end of the Google ban/deindex hammer.

This is a little bit self promoting, but I guess Lexorsoft.net - Link Building Services - Outsourcing Solution is a good option if you're particular to the result of what you're paying.

It is better to pay per link, instead of pay per hour.
You can ask them to give a report of backlinks. Then you can check it randomly or every entries to make sure that they are offering quality service.

I am sure, you can get lots of guys over here in Warrior for that, (Even, I am ready to help :p)
