I'm looking for high-quality traffic training courses (all types of traffic).
I can find cheap $10 type ones, but want something more in depth, from around $100 upwards.

Any recommendations?

There is plenty of free material out there to start with. There is also a lot of crappy stuff.

If you are "new" to traffic generation, then don't do any course. I will just point you out some good free websites/bloggers who write about this.

Truth is you don't need to spend $100 for traffic training. You can just spend the $100 EXECUTING the quality ideas that are already out there for free (by hiring a seo or social media assistant).

There are many good articles and training that are free. But if you don't mind spending, I would suggest Lynda.com. Very quality video training and there are many topics in traffic generation that they have there.
