Finding relevant blog comment opportunities

Hi,

I recently hired a couple of freelancers to post relevant comments on blogs relevant to my subject, and they actually did a fine job.
I can see that a lot of freelancers offer the same.
Do you know how they find these opportunities (relevant blogs, where you can leave a comment) with low OBL?
Any tools?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Thomas

One big problem with blog comments with low OBL

Once freelancers start using them others will find them too and they don't tend to be low OBL for long.

to answer your question though - they use crawlers and search for footprints.

Personally I would spend the time doing outreach to real webmasters to place links in their content (not comments) - not that hard but no push button tool so people here keep running with blog comments. bookmarking etc

There are quite some tools you can use for this like BuzzSumo and Ahrefs Content Explorer. We personally tried Link Prospector and it was pretty good. Note that none of these programs are free, though.

Why don't you ask them how they're doing it? one would think that they're basically just looking through search engines for specific blogs.

Buzzsumo is a great tool to use. It initially shows the PA, DA and even Twitter followers, so it will be easy to identify a blog to comment.
