I am looking to rank my YouTube video for particular keywords, any one knows any good method to rank my YouTube video on high searched keyword.

Do we have to follow the same backlink and one page Seo method what we do for websites?.

Any youtube seo expert here?

    More views=higher rankings.

    Also, Video title, Video file name, Video descriptions are very important and need to relate your targeted keywords. Basically your video needs to get a lot of views to get it ranked on Google. Try to get more views by sharing in other social sites.

    Do not use fake views!

    Just like in any other platform content plays a very important role. No one would watch your YouTube videos if the viewers do not benefit from it. People watch videos that can help them learn, inspire them, scare them, make them laugh, or be in awe. So make sure the content that you have in your videos are also relevant to your own product. Be creative and don't hold back in sharing what you know.

    Keywords are important with Google. Make sure that the keywords are your targeted keywords and place them in captions, descriptions, and title. Try to utilize long-tail keywords too. Widen your vocabulary to create an informative description that includes your keywords and try to avoid overusing the keywords as well. Of course, in every video or description, do not forget to remind the viewers to like, share, or comment. It would not hurt to tell them what you want to achieve right?

      Good advice here. I would also add that some social signals would help. Make sure to share your video across your social accounts to get it started. I can't say that this helps your ranking but it definitely doesn't hurt.

    I am not sure if YouTube description is similar to online courses video transcription, regardless I think having a video transcription will let it appear on Google when people search for relevant content. Also keep in mind to make a high-quality video, make sure audio is in sync, the video is clear and not pixelated. Who would want to watch something distracting? I personally would not stay long on that video if it's of poor quality.
