As I have been analysing the backlinks of multiple websites I came across one distinctive pattern of links clearly used to increase DA / PA. Never relied on these parameters anyways, but this is a different story.

This list would always include sakura.ne.jp - when I see Sakura website among the backlinker - I know the DA / PA was artificially increased. Does anybody know the service or app that can get your a link there and increase DA / PA artificially this way?
