I don't use any because it's a waste of time and Google and the search engine does it pretty fast unless if your links are worthless.

And if they are worthless, they won't count for your SEO.

The google web master is a free tool in google used for fast indexing.

If indexing is urgent, I normally use the fetch feature in Webmaster Tools and submit the URL to index, then go to Google+ and share the page. After a few hours, the page is indexed in Google.
