Manipulating google custom search engine

I recently came across a site subindomovie . xyz . This site has a custom google search engine but there is something wrong with it. This site is getting indexed for 100's of keywords without having any content. I couldn't figure it out how he did that.
It is hard to explain so I will give you an example of what's going on with this site.
Go to google and type "suicide squad seehd.club" without quotes.
You can see subindomovie on 4th or 5th position.
If you visit the link he has no content. It is all search results inside his site.
Now for my doubts
1) The search results are being crawled by google as if they are content in his site.How?
2)There are 1000's of search results inside his site which are supposed to go to a different site but instead they all redirect back to his site. How?

  • They do have content, and it includes the search term. That's why it's showing up. (You thought they need an article? a novel?)

    • Obviously you didn't get what I am trying to say or you didn't try what I asked in the above steps.
      I know the site has posts but ignore that. I am talking about his search box and it's results inside his site.
      I will make this simple. Just search on google site:subindomovie.xyz . The site has 897,000 results which is not possible. He doesn't have that many posts.
      Most of his results direct to same page(his custom search engine results which are being crawled by google as if it's all his content)
      I hope someone will understand what I am saying. If someone can explain me this I can earn a decent income by doing the same.
