SEO for 1 page site

Is it possible to do good ranking SEO for a single web page site, (1 page only)> I am using a wordpress theme in which all the info is on one page. I did SEO optimization on it but it does not seem to be helping.

  • Depends, what keyword are you targeting ? how much competition ? what content do you have ?

    I have ranked website on 1st page with a single page but there are many circumstances around it that need to be taken into consideration

    • thanks for your reply, targeting keywords for like royalty free music, production library, stock music ect. Im running a some google ads right now also to try it out, basically to get people to the page and just see how t hey are interacting with and what i need to modify, but it hasnt been helpful yet.

  • Sure it is possible, but how fast you rank depends on how much better your page is than competitors whoa are targeting the same keyword phrase and, especially with a one page site, how much better your backlinks are than theirs.
