Im perplexed how to choose my keywords

I am unable to see the attached files for some reason, but great that you are ranking for some keywords. For high volume keywords, essentially since the keyword difficulty is 60%+ you'll need to work harder i.e. create more links etc. Decide that whether its worth the time and effort (assuming you are trying to earn something and spend something on seo)

Regarding the choice of keywords, see what keywords your competitors are ranking for - using competitive research tools like Ahref etc. Search for long tail keywords (3-4 words) with decent volume ~500 and low difficulty. You can try to rank in the first page for them as a start.

So I will answer without having a look at that. Dont use multiple tools instead pick only different tools toggle different metrics and would behave differently confusing you.

Also don't worry much about the monthly searches since many a times I have found that keywords that have 100 monthly searches tends to bring more views to my articles rather than the ones which have tons of monthly searches. You should always try to pick the keywords that are easy to rank since if you are ranked for any terms them easily you can push your rankings for competitive keywords too.

Please remember that each page is an individual keyword doorway into your website. Stop sweating which one and devote a page for each.

Unfortuanetly i don't know why the pictures don't appear. What it's use if i rank for easy keywords but the volume of people is too much low, Even i choosed keywords long tail more than3 words are also competitor. And that's why i put the pictures to show you the example.
