Backlinks to a page?

Hello,

Is there way to see backlinks to a page? My understanding is that Google ranks pages (not site domains). Most of the things I have seen seem to show backlinks to a domain. Is there a way to see backlinks to a particular page?

If you utilize Firefox for your browser, there are tons of SEO add on's that will help you ...They link to Open Site Explorer, SEMRush, Majestic SEO , Ahrefs and some more...also I take advantage of SEO Power suite ( there exists a free version)

  Thanks - was looking for a free version I have noticed though that when downloading one of these programs - can't remember which one - it (the program) seemed to be doing something strange on my computer. Whenever I went to do a Google Search, google sent me to some kind of Captcha Screen (because it - i.e. google - was detecting abnormal activity coming from my computer) - or - at least that is what the message had said. I had to abandon Chrome for Firefox because even after removing every browser attachment, the problem never went away.
  
  So, I suppose one needs to be more careful in the future ...

Put that page URL in majestic ( backlink chacker tool ) this tool give you complete information about every backlink that pointing to that page.
you can also use Ahref backlink checker tool. These two tool are the best for SEO purpose.

Ahrefs can hep you in that use that once. Or if you want to go free way then try openlinkprofiler

You can also try majestic.com. For a new site, as per my experience SEMrush does not have the updated data. for e.g. for one of my websites, it is showing almost month old data
