Google showing Embed YT video date not Post date and Tell me Best Rich Snippets?

Did you notice this Google update. Now, Google is showing date even deleting the post date. The date are capturing if that page have any Embed Youtube video. I have used lots of video in my post and i cannot remove those video. So, please give me solution if have.
I guess, rich snippet could be the one of the solution for now. I have used "All In One Schema.org Rich Snippets". But, I heard or read that this plugin has some problem. Some people said that they are facing ranking drop after using this. A few days ago one of my friend has got google plenty too for this plugin(According to his find out and google email confirmation). This plugin does not maintain google standard code for rich Snippet.
So, which rich snippet you will recommend ? Please share your personal experience.
