Hello Folks,

I need your advice about my new article. The thing is that yesterday i published new article which covers one of the products in details which was once mentioned in my website. Today i checked the rankings and found that old article is already ranking #33, however new article is somewhere behind. How do you think google might consider it as a duplicate content or not ?

Note: I was using that keyword as <h3> in the old article, but now i published a new posts where that kw is in the <h1>..

If it is a different article, it is not duplicate content. If it is the same article, word for word, then yeah it is a duplicate. This is not hard.

If the pages are unique it's not duplicate content.

You can have thousands of unique pages about a single subject.

Where and whether your H tags are 1 or 2 or 3 has absolutely no bearing on your ranking.

Its not duplicate content but it will create confusion in Google algo and it wont understand which article should be ranked above and that may create issues for you only.

Why in the hell would it create confusion for Google?
