Hey guys a few questions about PBN's

Who is the cheapest host for PBN's that will accept wordpress?
After buying an expired domain, and hosting how many articles should I post before linking to my money site?
How many PBN's are needed to rank low competition keywords on average?
Do I need to have a unique logo for my PBN's
What is the minimum DA i should be looking for when choosing an expired domain?

    You don't necessarily just want the cheapest. The best thing is to use a different host for each network site. You can find plenty of decent shared hosting options at places like WebHostingTalk. For the most part, I would stay away from the absolute cheapest. There are some exceptions, but you get what you pay for.

    It's not about a certain number of articles. You want to build what appears to be a real website like any other.

    There is no simple answer to how many network sites are needed to rank for low competition. Really depends on the strength of the network sites and how you set them up. Might be 5. Might be 15. Might be ore than that.

    I would use unique logos for most of them. Up to you.

    DA is not a factor I would worry about. It is highly inaccurate. If you are buying domains based on their DA, you will likely buy a lot of duds.

        DA is not a metric used by Google for anything. If you buy off of DA, you will buy some worthwhile domains, but you will also waste money on a lot of duds.

        The reason you buy expired domains is for their existing link profile. That is what you want to inspect and understand.

        The important thing is that the links still exist today, and that is why DA (and TF, CF, PR when it was shared) sucks on its own to evaluate domains. Moz does not put much effort into inspecting whether or not links still exist. They will often have links factored in that disappeared 6 months ago.

        On the flip side of that, there are also some great domains that have a low DA because Moz never found most of the links pointing at the site.

    i noticed when I use the site openlinkprofiler it shows different backlinks than moz is that what u mean

      Every link database is going to show different links. None of them show all of them. Open Link Profiler and OpenSite Explorer (Moz) are two of the worst out there.

      Majestic and Ahrefs are much better, but again neither tell you if the links still exist. They just show links they have crawled. All of those links could be gone now.

      Before buying a domain you want to understand the quality of the links, if they still exist, and be able to make reasonably good estimation if most of the links are likely to stick around.

        I am just getting back into building niche sites. My site has made a few dollars when I have my first month over $150 ill invest in Ahrefs, I just try not to spend money until i've made some.

          Well, if you are going to start building a decent private network, it is likely going to cost a lot ore than that.

          Many of the decent domains you will find will sell for $100 or more a piece. Then you have registration, whois privacy, hosting, content, subscription to something like DomCop to search auctions, subscription to SEOMatique to monitor the whole network, etc.

            well i have an advantage because I dont have true budget as this isnt my main source of income howver, I just want to make sure i know what Im doing so I dont start throwing money in the wrong directions

    can i achieve similar results with web 2.0's. I have been building a network of these for my money site over the last week, trying to slowly add content before I start linking out to my money site. I was told I need to wait atleast a week before linking to my own site but I should link to other authoritive non competition sites in my niche to create a "good link neighborhood"

      I don't think there is any reason to wait a week or to drip content on them. You could just build a 10-page site from day one. Wouldn't be a big deal. Up to you how you do it though.

      Really though, if you are going to invest the effort in creating decent content and building up any kind of authority on a site, I would much rather do it on something I own. I would buy a brand new domain and use that for a link source before I would consider using a property that someone else owns and could take away from me without notice at any moment.

      Linking to other authoritative sites is a good on-page seo strategy. If by now, you were advised to do so, then it means you have some on-page seo to implement. Just guessing anyway.

    Easy blog network will let you host 10 sites for $40 a month, they are very good and handle a lot of the BS and nonsense for you so you don't have to get involved with everything which is nice.

      I would advise against using any service that advertises they host blog networks. Same with anyone advertising they offer "SEO hosting".

      They routinely get targeted by Google.

    Dont aim at the cheapest host, but host with less or zero footprint. And preferably, dont put all your pbns in same host.

    I would prefer a minimum of 3 - 5. Just build it like a real website or blog and update with fresh content once in a while. You could use that same pbn to rank other sites. it doesnt necessarily have to be in the same niche. Eg a photography pbn, can be used to rank a real estate site - just put an image of a property and include in text that similar property can be found in bla bla website. Another example, the same photography pbn can be used to rank a restaurant website by having an image of a restaurant on the pbn and link to it. Just be creative.

    Because they are low competition, you might not necessarily need a pbn. Good and engaging content is enough with social signals. Also, structure your content to include lots of long-tailed keyword. but if you need to rank with a pbn, then it depends on the amount of link juice that pbn has otherwise, i would suggest 3 pbns.


    Do I need to have a unique logo for my PBN's

    Yes, preferably. Also, dont leave footprints. by that i mean involve variables. Use different themes, plugins , logo etc. Make use of the popular sections in wordpress. Because, whatever you use there on your blog is used by millions and cant be traced to you.

    I prefer 15 and above.
