To monetize properly, understand why your customers are clicking to your website in the first place.

Some questions to ask yourself to determine how to monetize effectively:
What information are my visitors wanting?
Why are they clicking to my site in the first place?
What are their biggest pain points?
What offers and information can I promote to HELP them?

Get inside the head of your visitors and monetize your site with this in mind. If you have no idea what they want, do a survey! What would they be interested in reading about, clicking on or paying for from your website?

Since they're very engaged already as you claim and I'm assuming you know your site content very well, monetizing effectively shouldn't be hard.

Here are some ideas:
1. Affiliate marketing - Again, make the offers relevant to your target market so it converts well. As with everything, you need to test different offers out to determine what converts well and what doesn't. Do you research and sign up with an affiliate network. Example - Offer Vault

2. In-text ads - Have clickable text in your site content. Check out Infolinks as an example to monetize your website text.

Is the traffic English speaking? If you can find what I've mentioned above in the native language of your readers, all the better.

You can sell your traffic on fiverr or seoclerk or you can also sell your ad spot on buysellads.

Maybe try selling golf clubs or some nice hats.

Google allows Adsense accounts in Pakistan?

I imagine they're mostly public service ads.

Adsense would get less earnings to you as Pakistan also comes under thrid world countries.
It would be best to capture leads and contact local companies and see those leads maybe that will be best option for you.
