I use ahrefs and it does decent job for my tasks.
Besides I will look over majestic as you suggested.

I have been spent the last day in SEOProfiler and I have to say it is pretty amazing.

You can do a 30 day trial for $1. I have already found some really useful follow backlinks using the application. It has some very cool reports. I got an email today that said they are coming out with some new functionality for 2017.

Their on page audit is good.

So far I am sold on it.

There are several paid tools which provide complete data. Best paid tool is majestic which is cost effective. Other than this you may try ahrefs, alexa, moz, semrush.

If you are looking for free tool to provide data without any charges than you may try zigstat.com also which provides backlinks url & counts from various data providers.

I use SEO SpyGlass from SEO PowerSuite. It`s desktop, but the profit is - there are no limits for the number of backlinks to analyze. I`d say none of the tools provide 'complete data', as it takes time for any service to update its index in full, and the results are partially outdated all the time.

The main reason I stick to SpyGlass is that I can add any backlinks manually (found in any sources and combined together) and then analyze them in real time (check current presence apart from other stats). There`s also an option to generate and export a disavow file on the go, I just find it convenient.
