Copyright duplicate content troubles

Hey Guys,

First of all thanx to all the members who answered my question concerning a person who is copying my content and publishing it on his website that seems similar to mine.
Actually, i did not loose my traffic, the problem was only related to the new year eve as i discovered. But the problem is that the person who is making duplicate content for my website is still doing the same. I did flag his website and i submitted to google webmaster. But do i have to do this every day ? and concerning the posts i only submitted 3 posts while the full website contains over than 300 posts. So, do i have to submit all of these posts ? :/

    Hi, he wants to pull your website and ranking down using blackhat method or maybe he is experimenting G algorithm. G will take care of him soon.

    You don't need to do anything as long as you have incoming traffic to your website and if you don't then most probably two of you are gone in ranking or g-sandbox very soon. Perhaps. I have met this situation before with my website and luckily I have more traffic than him. Ultimately, 2 days later he is gone. Good Luck.

    thanx i hope google will be fair this time. i don't want my hard work along 3 months to be wasted. I guess someone [ A competitor ] is using this method to kill my site and then he ranks.
