In terms of Google my Business, you will need 3 physical locations.

Do you have 3 physical locations?

In terms of onpage you'll want to do this....

    domain.com/location1
    domain.com/location2
    domain.com/location3

Then simply build out your business listings accordingly. Each pointing to the correct location page.

In terms of "business names", you can usually just do "business name+location"

Its not ideal, but it does work.

Be mindful that many business directories will reject your submission as it's pretty obvious you're trying to game the system.

    Not all, but certainly some.

you must use one directory for submission of all 3 locations in it and do it for all citations directories.

if you want to post link than you can use your GP listing link or create a different page on your website for each location and provide that link.

than after doing citations boost those citations by social media with your keywords.

It's not really all that important. The directory listing will have practically zero effect on your SEO. If it is a super targeted directory that is used a ton by people in the industry, it might bring you some traffic but that's a pretty rare scenario. If you build the site with each location in a separate directory, you would just use the business name. (I'll leave the unproven theories about citations alone at this point).
