Also, does it help organic ranking? I believe that my website is better than most of my competitors, yet I am not ranking first for the keywaords I want (only low first page)

Thanks

Unless there are any serious errors impacting the layout and usability of the site, ignore it. Many of the most popular websites on the planet do not pass that validation. It's not a ranking factor.

I went and looked at your site. There is ONE thing separating you and higher rank and probably getting listed in the 3 pack.... you need to complete your address.

ok now that I have looked a bit more.. you have some conflicting data.. are you in Baycreek or are you on N Lake st? I would suspect Baycreek? If not.. then put in the full address and see what that does for you...

If it is the case you are based out of BayCreek... you need to come clean and use that address. There is the one guy in McFarland that is ranking well even in the 3 pack. BayCreek is closer geographically right? you should still bounce them out.

Thank you for taking the time to check it out!
Actually we are on N Lake St. Where did you see Baycreek at? I haven't heard of this place...

      Thank you!

If your looking just for local business you should use google my business to localize your site. Local listings will almost always appear before globe listings. You have to keep in mind that google doesn't deliver the same search results to everyone.

If you are logged into google plus you search results could be different from your results when your not logged in. If you are in New York you will get totally different search results then if you where in L.A. Google looks at more than 100 factors when ranking sites. Google is starting to move away from keyword rich sites and more toward content rich sites. The latest update to google is humming bird.

Also, Google has started penalizing sites that are not mobile ready. So if your site isn't responsive you your ranks will drop.

I think good solid content and a well developed site that is accessible and user friendly is far more important than keyword rich content. Hummingbird tries to determine the intent of the content not the keyword count.

The validation error shouldn`t be an issue here, as it is not a ranking signal at all, but still you should make sure such errors do not affect pages` proper display and load time.

Apart from that, both http and https versions of your homepage load in a browser with the 200 Successful status code, the pages have the same canonical URL, but following best practices you`d better set a proper redirect there.

There is a lot of work that could be done to fix your listing organically but locally like the 3 pack would appear you're using a G+ page vs a GMB page and the phone number that is listed on the G+ page doesn't match the one on the website which is a red flag in Google's eyes due to the fact your a service repair business.
