build and rank a cpa site

please, here is what i want to do :

1) build a site
2) add content
3) add cpa offers
4) rank the site for search traffic
5) get traffic, leads and commision
6) repeat steps 1 - 5 for another sets of sites (up to ten sites).

Now, my question and area of concern is about step (4) i.e getting the site rank.

please, anybody using this method? how can i get the site rank quickly. i am thinking of buying SEO ranking from fiverr, if it will work. But i really need your Honest advise on having success with this process. (of main concern is ranking for search traffic). thanks to you all.

    Fiverr really what are you going to buy Scrapebox blast or GSA blast? That will only create spammy links.

    Best would be to create a plan as per the difficulty of the keyword like creating web2.0, forum links, social bookmarking, and other possible links.

    It's CPA so it's going to be an internet cancer for everyone besides yourself. So... organic links aren't happening which leaves you with spam and/or payed links. Good luck with all that.

      the reason i was thinking about the fiverr idea was that i read an online blog post where the author claim to use that method for ranking and getting traffic.

      he explained that he did that for twenty websites and paid 5 dollar each to get it ranked by fiverr sellers and he was not targetting google search rather than bing and yahoo search. then i was thinking of dublicating his method. just confused now.

      please, what do you suggest.

        You need a better plan. I may go grey hat on my backlinks, but I put a TON of work into my site and content. You seem to be unwilling to work.
