App platform comparable to WP

Hello WF community,
First thing I want to say is wow what a great resource WF is to have. It is a community willing to help other marketers and although many people use it to market their own SEOs that is fine because most people on here genuinely try to help one another.
The question:
I have a question with app creation. As I see my statistics from my analytics everything is moving over to mobile and moving at a pretty fast pace. I was wondering if there was a platform to create an app comparable to wordpress. I love wordpress because you can create a custom website without having to code like a mad man. I want to get ahead of the seo game optimize everything towards mobile. First thing is create an app for my site. Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated!
