Pages in Wordpress Widget (on page SEO)

I want to modify a wordpress theme that primiarly displays content using widgets to display content from a page in a widget area.
For example

Widget area (business template)
-------------------------------------------
service widget
display page content widget
call to action widget
testimonial widget

Will this be disadvantageous to my on page SEO efforts?

Will the content that I'm importing to my home page via the widget act as a static page like from the settings>reading>static page option? I guess my only concern is google not crawling the content correctly since it's being displayed from a different page.

    Using widget to render the contents is similar to like you have written it yourself, and the only difference is that it can be done programmatically. Check your html source of the webpage, and if you can seen the contents, search engines will too find it. Now you have to know if that contents are good for your SEO efforts.

    Look at the text version of your webpage, that will show you everything Google is looking . Guaranteed.

    You can get a web developer plugin for firefox (free) that will simulate a Google Cache (text version).

    Download the browser plugin.
