Hello All, I have a website which is running on .eu domain and is not getting cached in any of the Search engines. Its domain is only a year old and I have submitted it to various search engines and pinged to various search engines as well several times . I have checked for noindex, nofollow tags in the website even there are no errors in the webmaster. Also, website robots is fine. So, I want to ask what could be other reasons like development or from SEO point of view.

How long since the site was built?

And are you sure it is not indexed? There is a difference between not ranking and not being indexed, and people seem to often confuse the two.

As Mike pointed out, not being ranked and not being indexed are two different things. If it truly is not indexed, the only reason would be that there is nothing worth indexing - something I am not sure I have seen before for an entire website - or that it has been flagged for malicious content (viruses) and completely removed from the index.

To see if your site is indexed, just search for your domain with "site:" before the domain name (i.e. site:mydomainname.com)

Do you have Google Search Console? It will tell you how many pages are indexed.

In case you have checked the indexation with site:domain.com query and it is indeed not being found in the SEs - try also checking the response headers of your pages (apart from robots.txt and noindex tags pages may be restricted from indexing by mistake with X-robots in headers). In fact, the best way would be to crawl your website as by Googlebot, to see if all pages are accessible to it (find any site-audit tool offering that option). Just in case - re-submit your fresh sitemap as well.

In case the pages are actually indexed but you can`t find them ranking - you should probably go for pages optimization, and also put some efforts into creating great content and building links.
