Today I listened to a 4 hour book about SEO while I worked. I learned a lot about it that I previously didn't know. It talked a lot about providing quality content on your website and then also providing quality content on authority sites for example wordpress or tumblr. So what I take from this is writing articles or blogs related to your business, posting them to authority sites than then link back to your own webpage, which in return help you get recognition from search engines.

I grasp the idea, but the problem I have is the type of business we run, I find it hard to really come up with anything catchy or informant that I could write about, let alone on a regular basis.
We run a sanitary septic service, I know there are some informative information I could easily write about, but I don't think the outreach is really there, I mean its not exactly something most people want to read about, or are vaguely interested in.
Also, there is only so much content I can create related to the field until I start overlapping into information I have already talked about.
I have tried thinking outside the box, but can't come up with to many ideas, so i'm here to get some advice.
