PPC ads on Twitter?

Hi Warriors. A few days ago, I saw this guy with a twitter account that had adsense ads below his profile bio. Is adsense allowed on twitter?

Its from bubbltweet. I think the ads doesn't belong to "reallyshecky" but it belongs to bubbletweet.

Take note of the URL. That is NOT Twitter.com (the REAL Twitter), it is BubbleTweet.com, an entirely different site!
