Listen up its not about any plugin its about people.

And if people likes it then search engines will like it too. Don't care about what Yoast says just go for the title which you think is good. The title which is reasonable and explains your content in a fine way.

The #2 ranked page/domain literally has the OP keyword in the page title. There's your answer.

Since you're new to SEO, Yoast SEO is awesome in terms of reminding you where you can use keywords... But it doesn't think, having it won't help you rank by itself, you still have to do the thinking and the backlinking and the writing... Don't give it a lot of importance...

You'd probably be better off learning for yourself how onpage optimization works.

Remember that your website is not for search engine, it's for people.

sometime not choosing sugggestion of plugin is wise choice. think about people what they write in google for searching this and simply start making title for that.

Stop Word is Myth. it does not effect in seo.

I have visited your website and some of my opinion:
you should add Overview Box, mount readers by personalization, Social Proof - Readers believe in the evidence.
in addition there are many factors that affect the ranking: list of main and secondary keywords you choose, website content and standard quality SEO, traffic, quality backlinks, network transmission social, page loading speed, mobile friendly, trust degree.

In Yoast plugin the there are few words which are considered stop words which are "a", "an", "the", "of" etc.

Avoid using these words in your keywords

Yoast Seo is just a tools. If your keyword is suitable for searching, your title will be good. You should focus on your content and optimize your page

While doing SEO, you need to be as much as logical as possible.
