Is it bad to have 2 similiar websites on same server?

Lets say i have car parts web store and i want to create another one to rank better in google. Second website would be different, but same topic (car parts sale). Would second website rank bad if i put it on same server?

    Just don't put same content in the new site. Put new content otherwise there will be duplicate content issue. Otherwise, I don't think of anything is going to be a problem.

    I think there's no problem when you put 2 similar sites on the same server. You just need to void having the same content on both site. That's duplicate and Google will treat it unqualified.

    How similar are they? Is the content the same? If you have the same website and content then it can be considered duplicate content. In my opinion same server or not i would make changes so that are unique, layout, images and content. Hope this helps.

    I don't think there should be any issues SEO wise. If you are thinking that you will do something that is not good and due to same server Google will find that; you can just relax.

    Because if you use different server, Google will find that anyway

    Sure no problem when there are 2 similar site on the same server,
    but their content is entirely different if don't want to arrive the duplicate problem created content and should maintain consistency when internal links throughout a website.

    no issue if your content is different in all site. Otherwise, google gives you penalty regarding duplicate content.
