What do you use for local citations finding, whitespark?

So, I am now at the point where doing citations myself isnt worth my time. I have to outsource this. I plan to hire a VA for local citation creation. I planned to use whitespark to find the local citations. Does anyone recommend any alternatives?
brightlocal seems interesting, but i think they just create the citations for me. Which I don't need because my VA will do that.
