Why Web Master Do This!

Hi friends, Anyone of you tell me why web master do this.? Infect my site on WordPress reviews and almost 2 month is completed but Google webmaster tool not proper index my website, Few pages index still now, Can you tell me how can i properly index all pages in google webmaster. ?
