What is the basic outline and components of a successful Local SEO ranking campaign?

Trying to rank this site: http://urbanikpressurewashing.com/

Have not done anything yet expect building loads of consistent citations.

The main keyword I would like to rank for is "Pressure washing miami"

Thanks!

I don't see any physical address on your website. Fix that.

Make sure your Google My Business page is complete with a matching address.

There are about 60 or so solid directories in the U.S. for citations. Get into all of them or sign up for Yelp to get into the majority of them quickly.

Then start looking at some of the quality paid business directories like BOTW and JoeAnt. There are a whole bunch more.

Reach out to local sites too that might be willing to link to you. Make sure you join the local Chamber of Commerce and get into whatever directory they offer.

Those are the things I would do to get started.

Firstly, both http and https versions of your site are available in a browser, so set a proper redirect from one to another.

Secondly, there`s indeed no physical address anywhere on your website, and that`s kinda crucial to rank locally! All meta descriptions are empty:

Google picks smth up, but I`m sure you could come up with something more appealing and relevant for each page:

Finally, you are targeting for Miami and would like to rank for 'pressure washing miami', but even the word 'miami' can only be found on your homepage once (in body) and in one URL, and that`s it basically. So, you should really optimize the pages for your target keywords, and specify your target location in some titles, descriptions, other tags like img-alts/h1s/etc., and content.

Then follow the above advice concerning citations, I`d also recommend to get some more Google reviews (you only got 1 now).

Wow thank you so much! this is exactly what I needed.

Would you recommend putting my target location "miami" in every URL? for example urbanikPW.com/roof-cleaning-miami, UrbanikPW.com/Pressure-Washing-Miami and so on or is that an overkill?

also what do you mean by there's is both an http and https versions of my site available? why is that relevant? never heard of that before.

and would you mind sharing what that software in the picture is? it looks very useful

      once again thanks!

I`d rather recommend to add 'miami' as a descriptor at the end of some page titles, in descriptions and mention it in pages content itself - it`s also fine to combine niche keywords + location name. Surely, be reasonable and don`t overstuff; it`s just now it is indicated nearly nowhere.

what do you mean by there's is both an http and https versions
Both http and https versions load in a browser with 200 successful code. Canonically, you should set a permanent 301 redirect from one to another to prevent any duplication issues and any confusion for the search engines.

and would you mind sharing what that software in the picture is?
        Sure, that`s WebsiteAuditor. Real handy!
