How to Find Specific Forum Threads Related to Your Queries ion Google (Google forum command is gone)

Before Google had a functionality where I could search for a question or query to find only forum threads. For example, I would like to find all the forums/blogs that mentions about cosmetic dentist in xyz country etc. Then I want to be able to respond to these blog/forum posts.
How to do that nowadays. I think I saw a plugin or smth the other day but cannot find it....
Any ideas of how to go about this?
