2nd site. Hide the domain register details?

If I want to create a 2nd site which is basically a copy of my main site with different content, should I hide my domain name details from google?

The second site we might do PBN's or bought links (that we think are good) so I dont want it to affect the first site.

    You can register for domain name privacy which costs very little per year. That will hide your WhoIs information. Keep in mind, however, that you should host that second site on a different IP than your first site or they will definitely be tied together by Google.
