Do some off-page activities to build links for your keywords like:

    Guest Posting
    Blog commenting
    Article Submission
    Directory Submission

Not sure what that 'competition score' stands for, but you could use the common proven tactics to improve your rankings for long-tails: create some valuable content or clean up and extend yours, make sure it`s natural and easy-to-read and support your keywords contextually. Support the important pages with internal links. Get rid of any on-page and tech errors, and start building good backlinks.

If you`re still in doubt - have a closer look at your organic competitors ranking higher - find the common traits and see which of the ideas you can utilize and do better.

    MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA MINE ALL MINE!!!

See thats the thing about SEO, it doesnt matter how doggedly you optimise every element of your site, making it as easy as possible for Google to crawl every page nor does it matter that youre creating top-notch content on a regular basis, because there will always be competition from someone else trying to ruin your plans for total global SERP domination. Those spoilsports.

Of course in a normal world this is entirely fair. Competition is healthy, users deserve a choice, monopolies are bad. But this isnt the normal world; this is the world of SEO megalomania gone unchecked, so with that in mind lets see how a selfish greedy company can take over the first SERP using every channel or tool available.
