There are so many spammy backlink providers including many on Fiverr that I was wondering what sites are trustworthy sites that provide high quality manual high DA and PA backlinks or .edu links.

      Why are you trying to sell spam for? The OP wants quality links, not the sorts of links that Google penalizes sites for!

    It's better to learn SEO yourself and do it for your businesses personally. It's the 100 % perfect than hiring people for doing your SEO. You know your business well and you can judge which backlinks are best for your business. Other peoples won't care about the quality. Try to do yourself.

    Don't buy links. Most of them are spam and some those who do provide some link value becomes extinct after some time.

    If you want to purchase backlink i don't think so its right way because Google hate paid backlink but if you want to increase back link than Guest blogging is one of the best way. Forums and much way.
