    Pages rank, not websites... and NO, Hilton doesn't rank for ever single niche related keyword, therefore, someone beat them with better SEO on the SERPs.

    They'll likely always rank at the top for "Hilton". Other than search terms that have that name in it, they can be beaten just like any other site's pages cam be beaten.
