GSC 1st potion CTR from 50% down to 0.6.

Hi,
I got a website that has been ranked #1 in google search results for several years for all main keywords in my niche.
For my main keyword I was always getting more than 50% CTR. Last week my CTR gradually went down to 0.6% Though the website is still in #1 position for that same keyword. What is going on?
Is there a problem with google search console? Or what is it? Any tips and help would be appreciated.
