Website Redesign-SEO perspectives

Hi Warriors,
We have a relatively new site www.searchmatrix.co.in got live in October 2016 with a bit of seo work done including link building and are now about to redesign the website and add few pages more. The domain and hosting remains the same, however a couple of URLs will be changed. Any checklist or key considerations to ensure old seo work is not lost?

    Redirect old pages to new is the only thing you really newd to worry about.

    Hi!

    On a quick note (you may probably know that) - both www and non-www versions of your side are available in a browser now, and https version loads as insecure (invalid certificate), instead of just being unavailable, check that out.
