I have installed https today with 301 redirect to all the links on http version.
Does it affects SEO?
What steps should be made in webmaster tool?
Should I upload one more sitemap with https links?
Any other suggestion that you have in you mind.

One impact which I noticed is that speed of the site got slow a bit.
