I'm new to SEO. I'm working on a site with url names contain underscore. I know it is not a good practice. How can I resolve the issue. There are many page urls contain underscore. How can I change the url into a SEO one?

Thanks in advance!

Although it is not aesthetically a good practice, having underscores in URLs will not affect how well your pages rank. You could create non-underscore URLs and then do a 301-redirect from the old ones to the new ones, which will make your URLs look prettier, but it's a waste of time if you think it is going to help your SEO.

Underscores in URLs will not affect your ranking of webpages. So keep it the way it is.

Don't bother, underscores won't hurt your rankings. Spend more time on creating great content and getting backlinks instead.
