Is there a software that I can plug multiple URLs into, press ping and have all of the URLs pinged?

e.g. I am using Pete Drew's Linking Loophole software and I would like to ping all of the URLs that contain my links. I have been doing this manually but it takes a bit of time.

Does anyone know of a software that does this?

Try this
Mass Blog Pinger from Syndk8 with XMLRPC Goodness. (free desktop pinger)
PingDevice (free web based pinger)

You can ping multiple urls with either one.

Wordpress does this, it pings every post you make to several sites.
